Senior operators
For operating-model, planning, logistics, transformation and execution questions.
Agilo & Co. is intentionally lean. Experienced operators lead each engagement, use strong AI-native skills to create leverage, and bring in specialist expertise when the problem calls for it.
Agilo owns the architecture, the client outcome and the quality of delivery. The team changes with the problem. When deeper technical or functional expertise is needed, we add the right independent specialist or implementation partner around the core team.
For operating-model, planning, logistics, transformation and execution questions.
For analytics, agents, integrations, automation and modern operating workflows.
For focused needs such as sourcing, transportation, customs, warehouse engineering or specific platforms.
When the answer requires software delivery, integration, automation vendors or other execution capacity.
Hugo Nectoux leads Agilo & Co. and remains directly accountable for the quality of each engagement. The model is designed to combine that continuity with the flexibility to add the right expertise around him.

Operations and supply-chain leader with more than a decade of experience across ecommerce, retail and logistics. At Adore Me, Hugo ultimately led global operations across a multi-DC network in the US and Mexico, covering distribution strategy, planning, automation, software, BI, P&L and team leadership.
Before that, he built frontline operational experience at Amazon and across consumer businesses including Mondelez and P&G.

The structure stays light so the work stays senior, fast and practical. Extra capacity is added only when it improves the outcome.
Make the problem understandable before solving it.
Recommendations must work in the real operating environment.
Bring in focused expertise instead of pretending one team knows everything.
Move fast enough to learn, carefully enough to last.
Start with a focused question, a transformation to structure, or an operating model that needs to be rebuilt.
